Graduate Engineer Trainee	Understand customer requests and work individually on 3D Model & 2D drawing creation. Migration of CAD data to PDM, project planning, prioritizing, executing, solving problems, reporting project objectives. Support all customers in providing all kinds of CAD services as per their requirements. Attend calls/meetings with customers and update the project status regularly. Be responsible for the quality and delivery of outputs and meeting ECD's. Foster professional development and work towards high level of technical expertise. Participate in formal and informal project team meetings. Understand the PBM philosophy & guiding principles and adhere to it. Legacy conversion of 2D data to 3D, engineering and product specification creation, controlling of engineering documents. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Production/Industrial Management)	Basic knowledge of NX CAD tool and PLM ECTR/TC. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative mindset, proactive knowledge sharing and seeking. Contribution mindset, continuous improvement. NX CAD experience, strong technical skills. Knowledge of PLM tools like Teamcenter, ECTR. Good knowledge of GD&T and its application. Problem solving skills using systematic tools (e.g., cause/effect diagrams). Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to understand complex technical concepts. Knowledge of other CAD software (AutoCAD) and office tools (Power BI).
